Bonus funds may have associated wagering requirements that must be met before those funds become withdrawable — see Section 6 for details. Withdrawals of winnings derived from bonus credits that have not met wagering requirements will be declined until requirements are satisfied.

In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a game round, pkr98com reserves the right to void all bets placed during the affected round and refund stakes to the relevant players. A "malfunction voids all pays and play" principle applies. pkr98com will not be liable for any losses attributed to technical issues beyond its reasonable control.
